Meeting facilities

The Art Center Silkeborg Bad can be your unique meeting place, located as it is in beautiful natural surroundings and with inspiration from our art activities at your fingertips. When it suits our other tasks and activities, we are happy to offer other companies to hold their meetings or conferences in our facilities. We have:
THE SMALL MEETING ROOM:
Accommodates up to a maximum of 12 people. Rental (compulsory entrance fee incl.) for a day meeting is DKK 1,800 incl. VAT. Catering and tour/intro are arranged separately. Projector.
SCULPTURE HALL (workshop area):
Accommodates approx. 20 people. Rental (compulsory entrance incl.) for day meetings is DKK 3,500 incl. VAT. Catering and guided tour/intro are arranged separately. Projector.
SØVILLA:
Accommodates max 48 people. Rental for a day meeting (mandatory entrance and final cleaning included) is 5,000 DKK incl. VAT. Valid Tuesday – Friday. No rentals Sat/Sun. Catering and tour/intro arranged separately. Projector.
PANORAMA HALL:
Accommodates up to a maximum of 120 people. Always requires separate seating arrangements. Basic rent (compulsory entrance fee included) is always DKK 15,000 for 3 hours of use.
COLUMN HALL:
Accommodates up to a maximum of 120 people. Always requires separate seating arrangements. Basic rent (compulsory entrance fee included) is always DKK 15,000 for 3 hours of use.
Common to all of the above:
• We offer tours/introductions to history or art as part of your program. A 45-minute tour costs DKK 750 on weekdays / DKK 900 in the evening (up to 25 participants per tour guide).
• Entrance tickets are always part of the rental price.
• Food and drinks during the meetings are provided by our Cafe Ørnsø. We adapt our service to your wishes to the extent we can, e.g. for a day meeting, a breakfast buffet, a lunch or a larger reception buffet, and we will figure something out. This way, you and your participants can focus on gaining renewed energy to handle your own agenda.
• Art is the most important thing to us, so we never move it. Public access during our public opening hours (applies to the Panorama Hall and the Column Hall) must always be respected - i.e. morning meetings, after-hours meetings, evening events and conferences on Mondays are the best times to use these large halls. There may also be works here that take up a lot of space and during periods it will not be possible to have the full number of participants here.
• For extra hours of use, 800 DKK per hour incl. VAT is paid.
• For technician hours for set-up and take-down per hour 350 DKK incl. VAT
• There is Wifi everywhere.
• Free parking, 2 electric charging sockets.
• We have: Flipchart, Sound system for speech (microphone or microport), fixed projectors in the three smaller rooms: Meeting room, Sculpture room, Søvilla.
• There is also access to super beautiful surroundings: Music garden, Forest and nature, Sculpture park, Terrace environments, Pergola, view of Ørnsø (40 min around the lake), several nearby hikes in the forest.
• This rental is not for private individuals.
