The access conditions are designed for wheelchair users with disabled toilets and elevators, which allows for safe and secure movement.

There are two disabled parking spaces in the parking area closest to the entrance. If you are accompanying a disabled person, you can drive your car all the way to the entrance to drop it off, after which it can be parked in the parking area.

Wheelchairs for loan are available in the vestibule at the entrance, and the staff is available to help if required. Service dogs are welcome in the exhibitions.

Access to the exhibition buildings

Kurbygningen (The Spa Building): has good access for wheelchair users, with the possibility of getting around all exhibition halls and the café. There is an elevator between the ground floor and the first floor and disabled toilets in the reception area. Two places with differences in level between the halls are equipped with a fixed ramp and a movable chute.

Skovvilla (Forest Villa): has been carefully renovated, and therefore there is no elevator to the first floor. However, wheelchair users can use the ground floor, where rails can be installed at the entrance.

Skulpturparken (The Sculpture Park): large parts of the area can be explored in a wheelchair.

Companions enter free of charge upon presentation of a companion card.
